Kirksville Country Club News Jan. 28, 2019

Thursday night (Jan 31) Menu:
Menu:  Homemade chicken noodle soup, mashed potatoes, green beans, salad and dessert .  $9.75.  RSVP by returning this email or calling 665-4121.

SUPER BOWL EVENT–
The lounge will be open to watch the Super Bowl this Sunday starting at 5pm.  We will have drink specials and reduced prices on appetizers.  Bring some friends for a good time and leave the food and drinks to us.

ANNUAL BUSINESS MEETING

KCC News 1.7.19

    Menu:  Grilled chicken, wild rice, steamed veggies, salad and dessert.  $8.75.  RSVP by returning this email or calling 665-4121.

KC CHIEFS WATCH PARTY- 

            Come out to the lounge on Saturday January 12 from 3pm to ? to watch the Kansas City Chiefs play the Indianapolis Colts.  The club is furnishing free chili and you are welcome to bring out snacks of your choice.  No sign up is necessary.

PRACTICE NET IS NOW OPEN FOR MEMBERS

    The practice net is now setup and ready for member use.  It features a launch monitor that will indicate details in regard to ball speed, distance and direction.  Please limit your use to a maximum of 20 minutes if other members are waiting.  The room will be open during regular lounge hours, and heated slightly while members are present.  The net will not be up on January 11-13 due to the area being rented.    

Lounge Winter Hours- 

Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, and Friday noon to 5pm-sorry no food service

    Thursday 11am to midnight– Grill and Fryers on11am to 6pm

    Saturday and Sunday 11am to 6pm– Grill and Fryers on 11am to 1pm

Billing 2019- 

    By this time you should have received you invoice for 2019 that included dues, cart storage, range, handicap, cart for the year and any other service that you had in 2019.  Please contact the club if you would like to change any of the services.  We thank you for your past membership and continued support.  We strive to make your membership beneficial to you and your family and hope that you will continue your membership. If you currently pay by the month we will continue that payment policy.  If you would like to pay by the month please provide us a voided check and we will start the process starting later this month.

Cart Sheds- 

    Recently, the automatic timers that open and close the cart shed doors have been disabled and the keypads must be used to open and close the doors.  The code to open the doors is the pro shop phone number 5335.  Depending upon the keypad – if it has only numbers you enter 5335 and then a zero-If it has an up and down key enter 5335 and then the up/down key.  If you are the last person to leave please turn off the lights and put the doors down.

Annual Business meeting- 

    The annual business meeting of the club will be 3pm on Sunday January 27 at 3pm.  The nominating committee has identified the following members to serve 3 year terms.  Troy Pinkerton, Don Riley, Bob Taylor and Bob Theobald.  The annual report will be emailed as soon as it is completed.  Included in the report will be club highlights from 2018, the meeting agenda, and financial reports.  Following the annual meeting complimentary snacks will be available.  We hope you will be able to attend.
